PS QUAESTIO PRO – INTEGRATED PLATFORM FOR SURVEY PROJECTS
Complete questionnaire survey environment using SPSS technologies. It enables full integration with the organization’s IT infrastructure.
The system supports all stages of the study, from questionnaire development, through data collection using CAWI, MOBI, CATI, CAPI and PAPI techniques, basic and advanced data analysis, to the development of an analytical report in the form of a dashboard or a printed document.

PS QUAESTIO PRO is a comprehensive solution for data collection and analysis, based on UNICOM Intelligence and SPSS Statistics. The program offers the possibility of conducting research using various research techniques such as CATI, CAWI, PAPI, CAPI or MOBI. The user has the possibility to control the research process, which includes: Verifying the accuracy of the data entered, managing sample selection, creating email campaigns, etc. The collected data can be analyzed using PS IMAGO PRO (the advanced version of IBM SPSS Statistics), which provides access to many analysis techniques and data management tools. Based on the collected data, PS QUAESTIO PRO allows the user to quickly create attractive reports in the form of dashboards or printed reports.
EFFICIENT USE OF DATA
The use of various techniques (CAWI, MOBI, CAPI, and CATI) for data collection helps to better tailor the communication channel to the target audience and increase response rates. A wide range of tools allows the user to monitor the research process, perform mass actions towards the people who did not participate in the survey and generate automatic reports.
EASY CREATION OF QUESTIONNAIRES
PS QUAESTIO PRO allows the user to efficiently create complex surveys with numerous transition rules, access to multimedia files and data validation. A powerful wizard allows the user to design the surveys in a graphically attractive way.
INFORMATION EXCHANGE WITH SYSTEMS
Possibility to conduct the research with data from external systems – e.g. use of information about events determining participation in the study or about the content of the questions asked in real time. Ensuring full security of data exchange.
WEB AND TEXT REPORTS
Survey results can be customized to meet the needs of the client. The user can use a web report (.html) available for authorized recipients. The objects in the report can be updated automatically. The results can also be presented in a document (.docx .pdf), which can be part of the documentation when printed.
ONLINE DISTRIBUTION OF REPORTS
A web report is the fastest way to publish results. It is available at the browser level for all authorized recipients. For cynical reports, they can be run automatically as part of the process. In this case, the system can send a notification to selected users after a scheduled report is created.
INCREASING THE RESPONSE RATE
Researchers have a number of tools at their disposal to increase the number of completed questionnaires, including the ability to customize them, send reminders, change the survey technique, or use information about when previous questionnaires were dropped off.
BASIC AND ADVANCED DATA ANALYSIS
The collected data can be analyzed immediately after the end of the survey. The range of statistical techniques available goes beyond exploratory analysis. It includes a wide range of statistical tests, strengths of association measures, classification and segmentation techniques, and predictions. Results can be presented in the form of graphs as well as on maps.

CONDUCTING THE STUDY USING DIFFERENT RESEARCH TECHNIQUES
The central panel allows managing the simultaneous execution of research projects conducted using different research techniques (CATI, CAWI, CAPI, PAPI). The user has full control over the process, can check the accuracy of the data entered, manage the selection of the sample or generate mass emails. The technology ensures the security of access to research projects and to the questions, preserving the condensation of answers.
CONDUCT RESEARCH WITH OFFLINE TECHNIQUES
PS QUAESTIO PRO includes solutions for O-line research (CAPI and PAPI). The system is equipped with a set of solutions that enable direct interviews, including a clear interface for entering responses and a module for recording selected interview fragments. It also has a mechanism for validating and coding questions from paper interviews. In addition, it allows automatic combination of all responses for studies conducted using different techniques.
UNIVERSAL, MULTILINGUAL QUESTIONNAIRES
Once created, a questionnaire can be used in many different language versions and in any form of implementation – as an online survey, telephone interview or paper questionnaire. The tools available in PS QUAESTIO PRO to facilitate the transfer of questionnaires and their preparation for the survey are helpful in this respect. The work is also facilitated by the possibility of simultaneous, mass mailing of invitations in several language versions.
SURVEYS WITH QUOTA SAMPLING
The program allows to conduct research with a quota mechanism with a quick and simple solution. Individual quotas, set by the researcher, can be calculated based on survey questions or values negated in the database of survey participants. A survey conducted using quota sampling allows the researcher to control who will participate in the survey, among other things.
UNCOMPLIACTED SENDING OF INVITATIONS TO THE SURVEY
Definition of mailing campaigns to respondents based on selected criteria…. PS QUAESTIO PRO allows the user to plan and send invitations and reminders according to the schedule. It is also possible to personalize the content based on the information contained in the respondent database – this creates the impression of direct contact, which increases the response rate.
SURVEY PROGRESS REPORTS
Real-time access to a range of statistics and diagnostic tables for each research project, which can also be viewed on Android and iOS mobile devices. Analyzing the survey progress report can be helpful in determining when to remind respondents to take the survey, which question most respondents drop out of, or how long it takes to complete the survey.
ACCESS TO A WIDE RANGE OF ANALYTICAL TECHNIQUES AND TOOLS
PS QUAESTIO PRO is based on the IBM SPSS Stascs engine, which is a proven tool for quantum data analysis. It has numerous techniques for e.g. descriptive analysis, prediction, predicon, classicaon and grouping. Several dozen procedures have been added to the engine. As a result, PS QUAESTIO PRO has methods for managing data sets, transforming variables, analyzing dependencies, and a number of new types for visualizing results that were not previously available in IBM SPSS Statistics.
CREATING REPORTS IN A CORPORATE STANDARD
Using the output analytical objects, the report author can easily create a customized information set. The conceivable elements of the report include: Layout, structure with navigation, style, appearance, format, descriptions and comments on objects. This allows to prepare the results according to the standard of the organization. The finished report, depending on the defined form, can be published on the company’s website.
DISTRIBUTION OF ANALYTICAL CONTENT TO AUTHORIZED RECIPIENTS
PS QUAESTIO PRO allows users to create a unique distribution environment – for their own reports or for the entire company. Reports can be made available to specific users or separate user groups according to their permissions. The reports collected in the repository are organized in a folder structure that can reflect, for example, the company’s organizational structure or its business goals.
AUTOMATION OF REPETITIVE PROCESSES
The ability to have permanent access to up-to-date information is critical to the efficient functioning of any business. This is not only true for repetitive reports. In the case of ad hoc reports, it is often the case that the published documents differ only in the data. Previously, to update such a report, objects had to be recreated and exported to IBM SPSS Statistics. Now, thanks to the available functionality, the process of updating and publishing ad hoc and cyclical reports (e.g. quarterly reports) is automated.
